IMPORTING LICENCE IN REAPER?

I am delighted to have purchased my REAPER licence, unfortunatetly I am also having no luck understanding the importation direcitions that comes with the activation email. Firstly it tells me to copy the licence text via my email programs edit tab...I use Hotmail and can find no such tab. If i try to copy and paste to Wordpad...the document is not located when I use the import licence function on the reaper start up page. Does anyone have any ideas where I am going wrong?

save the license file to your computer and then do this bit "REAPER version 3.0+ can import a license key (.rk) file; your key file is attached to this email (named reaper_license.rk or similar). Please save this file and go to the REAPER about box, "Purchase" tab, and select "Import license key...". Find the saved .rk file and hit OK, and the license will be imported. " That's what I did to mine and it worked like a charm

I'm trying to do this, just bought a new laptop Is there any way to find the licence key I got when I bought the original copy of Reaper? Hotmail is playing up and I can't find the confirmation email, if there was ever one Is there a way to view the licence? Still got the old laptop with it installed so I hope to grab it off that somehow

You would have got an email with the licence in it. Send all details of your purchase (email, date, etc) to: licensing <<at>> cockos <<dot>> com (I've changed the email address format to defeat spambots -it is also on the Purchase page). They will be able to sort you out.
