to whom it may concern I work at a company where the motto is "Growth through customer service". It should be "Growth through underpaid employees", but thats beside the point. See i bought PT 7.4 LE a while back and I accidently downloaded the wrong upgrade, which was PT 8 Mpowred. At fisrts I had no idea why it wouldn't work but I did my homework. Big ups on these forums! Now i am stuck with an interface (mbox mini2) that does'nt work with any software M Powered. And i have no idea what to do. Administrator help This is cleary something we can resolve in a matter of minutes. Buying a code is outta of the question. I might get the shaft on this one, but I'll keep the faith in you guys. remember growth through customer service!

According to your account, you purchased Pro Tools M-Powered 8 from the Avid store on June 14, 2010. You registered an Mbox 2 Mini on March 9, 2009. When you registered the Mbox 2 Mini, you were automatically sent an email (the same day) with a free upgrade to Pro Tools LE 8, which you never used. We sent it to you again just now, so check your email (including junk mail folder).

ProTools M-Powered only works with select M-Audio interfaces. It definitely does not work with the Mbox interfaces. Click on the Compatibility link at the top of the forum to see what version of Pro Tools you need to work with your Mbox and your computer setup.
I thought that was the case but I've heard conflicting stories. Thanks for clearing this up. EDIT: Would you be able to direct me to a low cost M-Audio device? I primarily only use 1/4" jacks for guitar, bass and keyboards. Will the M-Track work?
